Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid training enrolments confirmed in writing by Quantumwebservices. Informational prices on this website are not charges. Consumer cooling-off rights under United Kingdom law apply where you are a consumer purchasing at a distance, subject to the exceptions below.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module and have not attended a live clinic. After that window, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion as described below.

Full and partial refunds

Full refunds: unused enrolments cancelled within 14 days with minimal access as above. Partial refunds: if a cohort is postponed by us and you cannot attend the rescheduled dates, we offer a pro-rata credit or refund for unused clinic sessions. Change-of-mind requests after substantial content access are generally limited to course credit valid for twelve months.

Non-refundable items

Custom facilitated dry-runs already delivered, third-party examination fees (if any), and completed one-to-one mentoring hours are non-refundable. Downloadable template packs marked as final sale at purchase are non-refundable once downloaded.

Refund process

Email contact@quantumwebservices.digital with your name, organisation, enrolment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and aim to decide within ten working days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10–14 working days after approval. Bank timelines may add several days beyond our transfer.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel a programme and cannot offer a suitable alternative date or transfer, you receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled element.

Exceptions

We may refuse refunds where materials have been redistributed in breach of licence terms, or where chargeback abuse is suspected. Statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
